Sales Analytics are now available in Reprtoir

We have great news for our current customers and future ones! Royalties Manager is upgrading with a brand new feature.

We are happy to announce that as of today, our brand new Sales Analytics system is available in the Workspace for all Royalties Manager users, and in the Portal for rights-holders, for free. So let’s see what Sales Analytics implies.

What are Sales Analytics?

The new Reprtoir feature comes with fifteen beautiful dynamic charts. They include several insights that will materialize right under your eyes:

• a global Sales Overview line graph, so you can keep track of all your operations in the blink of an eye,
• pie and table charts for Countries, Retailers, Contracts, Sales Type and Subtype,
• Top 100 Assets Charts for Artists, Albums, Tracks, Videos, and Works.

These charts are here to help you get a clearer picture of what is going on in your music business. Accounting can sometimes get nebulous when managing various statements, expanses, etc. Charts will help you spot the gray areas.

For clarity on all fronts, Sales Analytics are displayed as Quantities, Net Amounts, or Gross Amounts and can be visualized by Days, Weeks, Months, Quarters, or Years. No matter the period of time you’re looking for, you’ll be able to personalize it.

Additionally, your data can be grouped to show trends and performance over time. For example, grouping by Country will show a comparison of main Countries over time, and grouping by Assets such as Artists will show a performance comparison between the selected Artists. Depending on your needs in the moment, Sales Analytics will show your Royalties Manager data in the right way.

Finally, Sales Analytics is fully compatible with Reprtoir’s Advanced Filters feature to get complex results on any kind of data. It is also compatible with the Saved Search feature to load your saved filters in a click as in any other list in Reprtoir.
